We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to raise a query. To raise a query, get in touch with us at info@warfaremedia.net. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, not as you expected or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warfare Media Equipment 
For refunds on orders containing Warfare Media Equipment items the refund will only be authorised after the item is returned by the buyer in an as-sold state. Otherwise a partial refund may be issued to cover the lost value if item is damaged.

Pre-order items
Pre-order items can be cancelled at any point up to dispatch no questions asked. Once item is dispatched it's to be treated as a normal sale and returned at cost of buyer.
