Shipping Policy

✨WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!✨ 

We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of them being ordered Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed past midday on Friday may not be shipped till the next working day due to attendance of weekend events by staff.

Although there is no guarantee orders will be shipped on weekends sometimes they may.

For international orders. you may be asked to pay import tax/tariffs/customs charges when the items reach your country - This is entirely your responsibility to pay these charges. From this website you are paying for the product (including sales tax/VAT) and the shipping cost. This does not include the aforementioned Import costs.

Shipping types

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48

International orders are mostly shipped through UPS with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-5 days, some European orders may be shipped with Royal Mail if UPS order volume is low.

Some international customers who order to a PO box/Armed Forces Address will have UPS substituted for the closest best alternative at the time of dispatch due to restrictive UPS policies.
